A frequent statement (complaint) on forums is that ScanPST is absolutely not present on the user’s computer. The reality is that ScanPST is always and automatically installed with Outlook, without exception. The only reasons that it would be missing would be that it has been explicitly deleted or the hard drive has become corrupted, something that would be a very rare occurrence.
