How to control the Outlook Contact print format
The format(s) available to print out contact lists depends completely on the active view in effect when attempting to print the contact list.
For example, if the current view for the contact folder to be printed is set to a “list” type view (i.e. Phone) then the available output format would be a Table Style format
Changing the <View> for the contact folder to a card type or people view would result in a different set of formats being available
It is possible to filter the contacts that are going to be printed which is accomplished by changing the current <view setting> filter options prior to selecting <Print>.
If the same settings are going to be used on a regular basis, then a better approach to use would be to create a “custom view” which could be applied to the contact folder just prior to any time the contacts needed to be printed. This would be done by selecting <Change View> –> <Manage Views>

Step 2
Step 3
Step 3
Step 4
When everything is completed, the new custom view can be saved and applied to the contact folder any time there is to need to print the contacts.
