The natural reaction for people moving data contained in a PST file from one computer to another is to use the Outlook import process which results in mistakes being made because the right options weren’t selected and things didn’t get imported to the expected location (folder).
An alternative to the PST import process is opening the PST file in Outlook on the target system and simply copying the information from one folder to another or copying the entire folder to the destination data store.
